• Unused materials may be returned for credit or full refund, minus shipping and handling costs, within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Please do not return the books without our authorization.
• Books returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 45 days from date of purchase.
• Returns of out of print books will not be accepted.
• No credit will be issued for books that have been used or damaged.
• All software is non-returnable once opened.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges to Laubach Literacy Ontario.
